Ron Medlin, Jr.
Ron Medlin, Jr. graduated Cum Laude from Appalachian State University in 2000 and from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2003. While getting his education, Mr. Medlin was also a member of the Appalachian State Varsity Track team, the University Judicial Board and the Academic Integrity Board. In law school, he was a member of the International Law Moot Court team where he received the award for Best Oral Argument. Mr. Medlin gained admittance to the North Carolina Bar and Federal Courts in 2003. Mr. Medlin's primary practice areas include civil litigation, insurance defense, Homeowners Association representation, construction defect litigation, federal litigation and products liability. He has tried numerous cases to successful jury verdicts on many different theories of liability. Mr. Medlin is a member of the New Hanover and 5th District Judicial Bar as well as the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
