Dan Morton is a 1982 graduate of Duke University and 1985 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law. Mr. Morton was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1985 and his primary practice areas are
insurance defense,
insurance coverage,
civil litigation,
employment law and
construction law. Mr. Morton is a member of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
