On June 16 Stephen Baynard will conclude his term as Chairman of the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA). The NCADA, founded in 1977, is the only organization in North Carolina devoted exclusively to education, networking and information sharing for North Carolina Lawyers defending cases in civil litigation. There are over 1000 members of the NCADA. Steve served as Vice Chair of the Construction Law Section from June 2010 to June 2011 and has served as Chair since June 2011.
